Isolation Tester RES-1000A

The RES-1000A is used for EV/HV Isolation test including crash test. It includes voltage (Vb, V1 and V2) and isolation resistance measurement before and after T0. And energy TE measurement can be also enabled. The whole measurement process is finished automatically. The result will be shown by LED. The original data can be downloaded by operation software. After T0, an internal high voltage module of RES-1000A can supply the same voltage of Vb if the vehicle high voltage is disconnected. Additionally, 4 channels Temperature sensors input are supported. All parameters are configurable. Together with others channels, all data will be recorded with 10Hz sampling, and downloaded with ISOMME format after test.

Parameter Settings:
1. Isolation resistance measurement can be turned off before triggering;
2. TE measurement can be turned off after triggering, and the start and forced end times can be set;
3. The start time of insulation resistance measurement after triggering can be set;
4. For high-voltage unpowered vehicles, the insulation resistance injection voltage can be set after triggering;
5. Insulation resistance and temperature alarm thresholds can be set;
6. The IP address and data storage location can be set.
